Use this form to request landscape improvements on personal property and plantings on common property. We encourage homeowners to enhance their landscape and view improvements as a smart investment that benefits their property as well as the entire village. We are also eager to do what we can to assure your success in landscape improvements.

DO NOT PROCEED WITH LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS, CONSTRUCTION OR PURCHASE AGREEMENTS UNTIL APPROVAL IS RECEIVED. Every effort will be made for a completed response within 10 days; however, the CC&Rs allow 30 days from a completed submission for review and Board decision. If any digging will occur, contact Blue Stake (www.AZ811.org) or call 811 at least two days before to mark utility and natural gas lines. Failure to do so may result in fines, damages, and penalties.
