DO NOT BEGIN CONSTRUCTION OR PURCHASE AGREEMENTS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED APPROVAL. Every effort will be made to complete the response within 10 days; however, the CC&Rs allow 30 days from a completed submission for review and a board decision. If any digging will occur, contact Blue Stake (www.AZ811.org) or call 811 at least two days before to mark utility and natural gas lines. Failure to do so may result in fines, damages, and penalties.

By submitting this form, you attest that all information is correct and acknowledge your understanding that all construction and alterations must adhere to the SPVHOA CC&Rs, Design Guidelines, and Exhibits, as well as Pima County regulations. This includes keeping the construction site clean and orderly and completing all work in a timely manner.
This submission confirms that you are aware that no work may begin until the Architectural Review Committee issues written approval. Personal email addresses and phone numbers will be removed from the submitted form before it is posted on our website.
It is understood that a final approval is only given after a final inspection to assure that the project is completed as it was presented in the Architectural Review Request. If changes occur during the project’s completion, the homeowner is required to notify the committee of such changes prior to the final inspection. The owner is responsible for notifying the committee when the project is complete and the final inspection is to be performed. It should be recognized that a lack of final approval may result in major alterations to the project made at the homeowners’ expense.
