Architectural Review Updates
Listed here are a few new homeowner-approved projects for 2025:
- May 8 – Replace gravel driveway w/concrete w/exposed aggregate finish.
- April 18 – Raising fence height to protect pets.
- March 12 – Cover breezeway between house and garage.
- March 27 – Relocating fencing and adding privacy fencing.
- March 11 – Cover breezeway between house and garage.
- February 12 – Replace roof mount air conditioning unit.
