Architectural Review Updates
There are new homeowner-approved projects for 2024:
- October 4 – Driveway resurfacing
- September 22 – Stucco and paint house, upgrade mailbox.
- August 7 – Crack seal coating asphalt driveway.
- July 24 – Replacing asphalt driveway with pavers.
- June 27 – In-ground 15,000 gallon water harvesting cistern.
- May 22 – Replacing asphalt driveway with aggregate concrete.
- April 23 – Solar panel power installation.
