Architectural Review Updates

There are new homeowner-approved projects for 2024:

• October 4 – Driveway resurfacing
• September 22 – Stucco and paint house, upgrade mailbox.
• August 7 – Crack seal coating asphalt driveway.
• July 24 – Replacing asphalt driveway with pavers.
• June 27 – In-ground 15,000 gallon water harvesting cistern.
• May 22 – Replacing asphalt driveway with aggregate concrete.
• April 23 – Solar panel power installation.
